University Suburban Health Center's medical support services (Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory, Wright Surgery Center and GI suite) have contracts with the following insurance companies:

If your health insurance company does not appear on the list, then you still have two options:
- You may use University Suburban Health Center's medical support services. However, your visit may be considered "out of nework" and you might be required to pay a portion of your bill or your entire bill. Please refer to your policy for this information.
- You can ask your doctor to refer you to another site that has a contract with your insurance company.
