Guest Services
The Guest Services representatives are available at reception desks in the three lobbies of the Health Center. In some ways, they are not unlike a hotel concierge service. They are there to greet you with a smile, help you find your way, provide you, if desired, with basic wheelchair transfers and transports, help you with your transportation needs, and answer any questions you might have. Please don't hesitate to request help. If you have specific non-clinical needs or you feel that you may need extra help upon arrival, then please call us at any time Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at 216-382-9492.
Other Amenities
Atrium Café
The Atrium Café, located adjacent to the Health Center's atrium lobby, provides delicious hot and cold meals Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Vending machines are also available on the lower level and 1st floors.
Free Coffee
Like a cup of freshly brewed coffee? You'll find convenient coffee stations inside entrances C and D.
